Enrico Crippa, a 3 Michelin starred young chef, continually amazes the most demanding clientele with something new presenting unusual flavours, always respecting the importance of locally-sourced ingredients.
To try: the Venison cooked rare and served with foie gras cream, red wine sauce, black cabbage and white truffle.
